Cleanliness - Healthy Means Happy
From the moment you walk into Melissa’s Family Childcare, cleanliness is apparent! We take pride in providing a clean environment for our children. Our classroom receives a thorough cleaning every night and all common areas of the home get a thorough cleaning nightly as well. Toys and learning materials are sanitized daily to maintain a healthy environment for the children to learn in. Fewer germs mean fewer sickness and that makes for better overall health of child. A healthy child is a happy child!
Infant
3 years old
not potty trained
Infant class limited to only 3 infants. 90% of a child’s brain develops before the age of 5. This is why I feel it’s very important to start class early with infants. Reading, Music, Tummy Time are a daily routine with infants.
Toddler
3 – 5 years old
Toddler & Preschool Class are combined due to limited slots and space we have combined our toddler and Preschool class. Our learning environment includes age appropriate books, toys and learning materials that promote emotional, social, language and cognitive development. Our lessons follow state requirements or recommendations for infants, toddlers and preschoolers.
